Hanna van der Steen (b.1973) is a mother of three who lives in Southern Finland with her family. Van der Steen has a Masters degree in Economics, but her passion is literature. She was raised in Finland, but as an adult has lived in Switzerland, France, Belgium and Holland. In addition to writing, van der Steen is active in her local PTA, organises a book club and reads at a residential home for the elderly.
The Prophecy (orig. Ennustus) is Hanna van der Steen’s first novel, and the first book in her Starry Eyes (orig. Tähtisilmät) children’s fantasy trilogy. |
